Emergency Contact Procedure

As a water and sewer company for a small community, the PWSD relies on our customers to help us spot problems quickly.  If you observe any of the following:

• Problems with your water pressure, color, or odor

• Sanitary sewer back-up

• Foul odor in your yard (where your house connects to the sewer main)

• Water bubbling out of the ground in your yard or in the road

• Water overflowing from a manhole lid

We ask that you leave a message for Don, but also continue calling down the call list until you talk to a live person, especially if there is threat to health or safety.
