Water and Sewer bills are mailed out or emailed to you monthly depending on your preference. You can pay your water/sewer bill online with a credit or debit card.  Simply click on the image below, which opens a new window, and follow the instructions.  Processing fees apply, $2 on transactions $50 or less, 4% of totals over $50.  Or you can mail your payment to us. Please do not leave payments in our mailbox.

We have monthly board meetings on the third Monday of every month. These meetings are held in the office of the wastewater facility, 2000 Lake Shore Drive, Owensville, Missouri. We encourage participation by all residents of Peaceful Valley.Board members must be residents of Peaceful Valley and must have maintained that residency for at least one year.

The PWSD#1 is only responsible for the supply of running water inside your home, and for the disposition of wastewater from your sinks, drains, and toilets as it enters the system. Rainwater, groundwater runoff, and other watershed issues should be discussed with the Peaceful Valley Property Owners Association directly. Please keep in mind that many of these issues are also the responsibility of the property owners themselves.
